Family’s Heartbreak As Twin Teen Brothers Found DEAD in Georgia Mountains

One heartbroken family is searching for answers after two brothers were found dead at the top of a mountain in Georgia.

 

The remains of Lawrenceville twins Qaadir Malik Lewis and Naazir Rahim Lewis were seen by hikers at the top of Bell Mountain in Hiawassee, Georgia.

Hikers made the shocking discovery and got into quick contact with the Towns County 911 Center at about 11:05 am local time with the Towns Country Sheriff’s Office requesting involvement from the GBI.

As per a preliminary investigation, authorities believe the teenagers who were found with gunshot wounds were killed as a result of a murder s*icide with autopsies pending and an investigation ongoing as per a news release.

The twins’ family were shocked by this discovery with relatives telling Georgia NBC affiliate WXIA that they thought the teens were visiting pals in Boston at that time.

As per the media outlet, family members explained how the siblings booked a 7 am flight to Boston on March 7, just a day before they were found in an area that they believe Qaadir and Naazir had never been to before. As per the loved ones, the plane tickets were found in the wallets.
