Ukraine’s head of state Zelensky was pictured meeting King Charles after an emergency summit with EU leaders in London, where he was urged to repair his strained relations with Donald Trump.
The country’s leader was seen wearing all black and shaking hands with the beaming king outside the Sandringham country estate after making his way from the UK capital through a helicopter.
Zelensky was received so warmly by the king while the exact details of what the duo discussed are still under wraps. As per royal policy and protocol, such meetings aren’t disclosed in the public eye.
The meeting comes just two days after we saw the disastrous White House meeting with Trump and JD Vance take center stage in which he’s scolded by the US leaders for being ungrateful for the support that America has provided his nation.
He was similarly slammed for not agreeing to the terms laid down by Trump to start peace negotiations with Russia.
Locals gathered outside the palace to get a glimpse of him and his team. Sources shared how they were offered British tea and also a mega loan to help purchase more weapons to carry out military operations against the Russian invasion.
